A good hero needs a good villain. In Radius, the regime that rules Marília Metropolitana has a face, an army and a science of its own. And none of it is pretty to look at.

Major Pimã

He is the dictator of Marília Metropolitana, the skull-masked leader who controls access to hologram technology. He rules through fear and violence, and the Aruanda resistance treats him as enemy number one.

Among the prisoners of the Kennel, he goes by another name: "Sádico Pimã" (Sadistic Pimã). One telling detail: Pimã has already been shot by Pituco and, ever since, treats "Fleabag" with a particular obsession.

What necroscience is

It is corpse reanimation fused with robotics. Mastered by Major Pimã and practiced at the Quark Labs, the technique is used to create super soldiers.

Plural

The best-known result of necroscience is Plural, the Major's personal bodyguard. He is the fusion of two corpses fallen in combat, one a weapons specialist and the other a martial arts expert, reanimated in a single body that inherited the skills of both.

That is why he has no single identity. Plural always speaks in the plural, with a voice that echoes in sync. He wears a combat suit made of rare Ipê-branco fiber, which drains with use and needs constant repairs. He is one of the few able to hold a direct fight against Radius.

The Tomorrow Troops

They are the armed wing of the regime, in charge of enforcing the "new era of digital slavery" and hunting down the resistance. Led in the field by Plural, they appear in all three volumes of the saga. For Major Pimã, they are the tool against the "parasites", as he calls those who resist.

The Kennel and other names of the regime

The Kennel is the arena where prisoners are forced to fight as slaves to entertain the city's residents. In there, one fighter dominates almost every match: Millennium, introduced by the announcer as "The Devourer".

And there is Limbo, a henchman known for his signature laugh, a "hi hi hi" that shows up even in the worst moments. Despite his loyalty, the Major himself treats him with contempt and calls him a "worm".
